ACCOMMODATION

• The forum hotel is Inntel Hotels Zaandam, Provincialeweg 102, 1506 MD Zaandam, Netherlands
• Euro-IX will not be booking hotel rooms for attendees. For room booking please send an email to PGerards@inntelhotels.nl directly. 
• The single use room price is 147  EUR with VAT per night inclusive of breakfast, WIFI internet and use of wellness centre (exclusive of city tax 7 EUR per person/ per day).
• The double use room price is 165.50 EUR with VAT per night inclusive of breakfast, WIFI internet and use of wellness centre (exclusive of city tax 7 EUR per person/ per day).
• Note that Standard Members receive 2 nights accommodation free, for 2 people, per forum. The free nights will be applied to the booking after forum registration ends on 11 October, 2019.
• Bookings may require a credit/ debit card to guarantee the reservation.
• The group promotional price is guaranteed until 11 October, 2019.
