As part of the 45th Euro-IX Forum in Utrecht, we invite you to join us for a Sunday afternoon visit to the Apple Museum Utrecht.
The museum takes visitors on a journey through 50 years of Apple history, showcasing iconic products and the evolution of technology and design from the earliest Apple computers to the present day.
Transfer is from the hotel by bus, with lunch boxes featuring typical Dutch sandwiches, a drink and a sweet snack served on board. Upon arrival, participants will enjoy a guided tour of the museum before returning to the hotel in time for the rest of the Sunday programme.

12:30 – Arrival at the Apple Museum
12:30–14:00 – Guided tour, with participants split into two groups
14:00 – Bus departure from the museum
14:30 – Arrival back at the hotel
The activity is limited to 40 participants, so make sure to secure your place early.
Join us for the Sunday Welcome Social at the Crowne Plaza, taking place from 19:00 to 22:00.
Forum attendees are warmly invited to join us for a relaxed evening and the perfect opportunity to meet and greet fellow participants, reconnect with old friends, and make new connections ahead of the official forum programme.

The evening will begin with welcome drinks from 19:00, followed by dinner at 19:45. Guests can look forward to an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere, excellent food, and the opportunity to connect with fellow participants while experiencing one of Utrecht’s most unique and historic locations.
With its grand interior, canal-side setting, and central location, Winkel van Sinkel provides the perfect backdrop for an evening of conversation, networking, and celebration.
Getting There - On foot (10-12 min):
From Crowne Plaza Utrecht, walk towards Stationsstraat and turn right onto Catharijne Esplanade. Continue straight ahead as the route becomes Hollandse Toren.
At Vredenburg, turn left and shortly afterwards turn right onto Zakkendragerssteeg, which leads towards Utrecht’s historic canal district. Continue until you reach the Oudegracht canal and turn right.
Cross the canal via Jansbrug bridge and turn right once more onto Oudegracht. Continue along the canal, where Winkel van Sinkel will be located on your left-hand side.
