Getting to Utrecht from Schiphol Airport (AMS)
The easiest and most convenient way to travel to Utrecht is by train from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Trains run frequently throughout the day, providing a direct connection to Utrecht in approximately 35 minutes. A standard one-way second-class ticket costs around €11.60, making it both a fast and cost-effective option for reaching the conference venue.
Directions from Utrecht Central Station to the forum venue
Exit Utrecht Central Station towards the city centre and the Hoog Catharijne shopping centre. Follow the black signage boards directing you to Stadskamer and/or Parking P5, then take the escalator down to the ground floor of the shopping centre. The entrance to Crowne Plaza Utrecht is located directly opposite Parking Garage P5.

The Forum will take place at Crowne Plaza Utrecht, located in the heart of Utrecht and directly connected to Utrecht Central Station. For your convenience, promotional accommodation rates at the Forum venue hotel as well as at the nearby Hampton by Hilton Utrecht have been secured.

Important for Standard Members
Standard Members who are entitled to two complimentary room nights sponsored by Euro-IX are requested to reserve their accommodation at Hampton by Hilton Utrecht. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservation can be cancelled free of charge until September 25th, 2026. Any cancellation received after this date will result in a 100% late cancellation fee charged to the provided credit card.

Once your dates have been selected, the system will automatically display room availability and the applicable Euro-IX group rate for those dates. Please note that availability and rates are subject to the dates chosen and may vary depending on demand.
After selecting your preferred room and clicking “Book”, you will be presented with a detailed reservation summary. This overview includes the room rate for each night, any applicable taxes (including city tax), and the total cost of your stay before final confirmation.
To complete the reservation, you must enter your personal details and provide a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. Reservations can only be confirmed by the guest directly through the booking system.
Once the booking has been successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the reservation process. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the booking details and contact information entered are correct and for retaining their confirmation email for future reference.
The applicable cancellation and modification policy will be clearly displayed throughout the booking process and should be reviewed carefully before finalising your reservation. By completing the booking, guests acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions associated with their reservation.

The Euro-IX Trusted Contacts are the Euro-IX Secretariat. You may report any incidents to the secretariat directly at secretariat@euro-ix.net.
We encourage all attendees to the Euro-IX Forums to give the Secretariat as much advance notice as possible if you can no longer attend. We understand that circumstances beyond your control do occur, such as illness, emergencies and last minute change of plans. However, if you know you are unable to attend the forum, please where possible, let us know as soon as possible, so that we can avoid hotel cancellation charges. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
If Euro-IX is subject to any cancellation charges they will be forwarded on to the IXP.
