Nico Tshintu Bakajika is the Operations Director of the Internet Service Provider Association in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Coordinator of the RDC-IX project, which currently includes three community internet exchange points (KINIX , LUBIX , and GOMIX ). Passionate about local community development, Nico Tshintu has over 25 years of experience managing projects promoting the use of information and ICT for the local communities development. He is one of the founders of RDCNOG, a member of the board of TITS (Total IT Services), and CEO of the Information Bureau Development (ONG specializing in the management of information useful for the local communities development).
