Antonio M. Moreiras works currently at NIC.br, that is a private, not-for-profit organization that acts as the executive arm of Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br). Moreiras is in charge of the provisioning and systems development teams of IX.br (Brazil Internet Exchange), and of other projects and initiatives, such as IPv6 dissemination in Brazil (www.ipv6.br) and trainings for ISPs and Internet Autonomous Systems. As part of his job at NIC.br he acts as a teacher at EGI (Brazilian School of Internet Governance). Moreiras formation includes a BSc (1998) and MSc (2004) in Electrical Engineering at Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo (POLI - USP), a MBA in Business Administration at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) (2008). He also studied Internet Governance at Diplo Foundation (2009), and at South School of Internet Governance (SSIG) (2010).
